the type-C port is only used for connecting to the screen or transmitting data, refuse to use any device with charging function to plug into this port, (such as mobile power, computer typeC adapter.) This behavior will affect the device If the motherboard is burned out, if you damage the machine due to this wrong behavior, we will not provide warranty, you have to bear all the responsibilities, please remember, do not operate randomly.

Shipment

1.All items maybe shipped by DHL,Fedex,EMS,TNT,China post,UPS (take3-7workdays)and other Post service(take 10-15workdays),all come with tracking number. Don't worry ,we'll try our best to choose the best method for you. For  some remote area,we may charge extra remote fee from you.Any more details about shipment could be discussed with us.

2.mini pcs have 7days no reason to return or exchange ,even you don't like . please buy it at ease.

3.If goods damaged,deformation,lost parts,pls provide third-part logistics valid docutment,we will support return in 7days,and return chargers
